Does this mean my son can't get circumcised?

It's a long story but I'll try to be brief. My son is almost 6 months. My hubby decided he wanted to get him circumcised but I have tried to discuss this with him before our son was born but he didn't pay attention to the topic so I didn't know what to do so I didn't get it done. When we visited the place my son's doctor referred us the urologist went over some things and examined my son and said the foreskin around his penis is tight and at a 45 degree angle and that it won't be able to retract on his own or something like that but he said the circumcision can fix it. I'm not sure to trust what this doctor because he gave some wrong info about my insurance and made seem like my son's age is a factor.
