My husband washes his hands constantly at work so this is an issue. Not sure what to do for it. Tips of his fingers are peeled badly.

Get a soap free wash, SLS and SLES free. I am allergic to sulphites and if I use soap even once it does this. I wash all day in sulphate free wash.
