What do I bring?

I apply for WIC and they told me to bring proof of pregnancy what does that mean? What do I bring?

An ultrasound picture, paperwork from your doctor. If you don't have that yet.. they will just test you at the health department.

i just applied,  u need a formal note from the doctor with your due date on it. health insurance card, as well as proof of income (as a back up)

If you have a Dr already it's going to be a slip of paper from them. If you got tested at the health department they will fill out a paper and tell you it's the proof of pregnancy.
