Weird CM help

So for the past few days since my period my vagina has been extremely itchy to the point that wearing underwear hurts so I've just been wearing dresses. I put Vaseline on the outside of my vaginal area but that didn't seem to help so I switched to butt paste because I figured if it helps babies it might help me. But now since yesterday my CM has become thick and almost chunky and now the inside of my vagina itches as well as the outside. I'm not sure what to do since vagisil made it worse when this happened about a year ago. Any advice?
