How many hours at night? 6 months.

My 6 month old wakes up at 8:30am every morning so I want to keep it that way for the morning.
But I'm having a bit of trouble deciding on a good bedtime to make sure she gets a reasonable amount of sleep at night for her age.
How many hours does your 6 month old sleep at night total?

I think generally 10-11 hours sleep at night. My little girl sleeps 11 h generally .

My daughters only 3 months but she sleeps 9-12 hours a night. She goes to bed around 9pm and wakes up anywhere from 6-9am. If she wakes at 6, then I normally just feed her real quick and put her back down 😊

She sleeps roughly 10 to 12hrs a night, she usually goes to bed between 7pm & 8pm and is up for the day between 6am & 7am

my now 10.5 months old daughter,  has been doing 12 hrs a night since we sleep trained at 6 months old. I work from home, so I see no reason for her to be up at 6 30 am. last feeding is at 9 pm. Bath time, drying off,  lotion, diaper, clothes, kisses, hugs, I love yous and off to her room in her crib. she's out from 9 40 pm til 9 20-9 30 am. wakes up once or twice, but she goes back to sleep,  no feeding, no picking up. we got into a fixed routine at 6 months when our pediatrician said she's ok to go with no food for 8-10 hrs at night. the routine is fixed in stone and I don't deviate from it even by 5 minutes. it's very important to have a solid foundation in place. wake up- bottle. an hour later we do breakfast.  12 pm- bottle and nap. after nap we do lunch. 3 pm -bottle and nap.  6 pm bottle. 9 pm - last feeding of the night - 2 Oz of formula with organic cereal in a bowl with a dash of fruit,  then last bottle of the night. Bath time, and sleep. every day same routine. nap routine helped with sleep times as well.
