Salt?
I decided to let my 8.5 month old gum a cracker. He loved it. I've only given him one a couple times as a treat. Is the salt ok in moderation? He drinks plenty throughout the day. He gets an ounce of water 3 times a day at meals. I make sure his meals have no salt. And he still nurses frequently. So he's drinking plenty. I'm a first time mom so I probably worry too much. Lol
