How to make taking liquid medication easier?😷

I'm on a liquid antibiotic called Ceftin an it's actually the most disgusting thing I've ever swallowed!! It's almost the same consistency of wet sand and the powder sticks to your throat going down. I already tried taking it in applesauce and again with a cranberry juice chaser, and even though I got it down, it was nasty. Any tips on making it easier?? 😷 I have to do this for 4 more days still
