I don't know what happened.... the other day my nipple started to itch and so... I scratched it. my fingernails are short and dull so I don't think that could be the reason why I have a scab but today I wore a lace bralette instead of a regular padded bra and maybe a hour before getting home it started to feel irritated. when I got home, I started to change and get ready for work and my bralette was stuck to my nipple and there was some kind of dried bodily fluid that came out of the scab that was holding the bralette to my nipple. I tried to put on a regular bra to go to work and my nipple was so irritated that I had to take a large band-aid and cover my whole nipple/areola. help!! what are some remedies for the pain and scabbing??

Edit: I forgot to add that I felt like there was fluid leaking from the scab spot after I took of the bralette but I could not see anything
