What are side effects of femara???

Has anyone taken this medicine and can tell me any side effects to look out for!!!

I haven't found many noticeable side effects. I have actually lost weight (i have been trying and letrozole has not hindered me). I have maybe noticed that ovulation symptoms and PMS are more pronounced than usual. I'd be interested to hear others eperiences
