Tell me how you're managing to take care of your kid(s). I have been on welfare this whole year. I give my mom $100 in cash and $100 in food stamps for my baby and I to stay here. My ex husband does not pay child support he is behind $1000. In order to work I need daycare. I can't get help paying for daycare from the gov't unless I have a job first. In order to go to work I need day care. If I pay out of pocket its 800/month. I have an interview on Monday that I was excited for but but now i'm not. I dont know who I'll get to watch my baby for 40 hrs a week. My Mom works so she can't. The medical assistant job pays 24000/yr so I won't be getting food stamps or daycare help because I'll make just a little too much. I got a call back for an apt its 800/month all of the other places are 1000+ in my area. I'm taking classes online and next semester I'll have to do night classes for science course's. I won't ever see my son if I do manage to pull this off. I'm trying to get into nursing school. I told my ex husband my situation and I told him I need help but he still don't work its been 2 yrs since he worked. IM SO STRESSED.

UPDATE: I got the job and then had to tell them I couldn't take it. I'm starting chipotle for minimum wage for 20 hours a week. My mom can watch him weekends but I know it'll be a lot with her having to pick me up late from work etc. Ex husband has been telling his family he works so he doesnt look like a bum.
