Try Vegetarian or Vegan?
I want to try either but I have no idea where to start or anything. I want to be healthier, is my main goal, and I don't mind having to go an extra mile to do something like this.
For the record, I'm 17, 18 in a month, and starting my senior year of high school in a few weeks.
Any tips or suggestions or warnings? Or even which one I should do?
