could just be uterine tissues. not completely abnormal if that's the case.

it is a clot with tissue, not fetal tissue, just tissue from uterine wall.  I had the same issue before and had several of these

It probably flushed every piece of lining out very fast and it clotted.

so strange it looks like you miscarried.. but if u took plan b ..either this is just a clot or you were already pregnant when u took plan b
