Finally getting help

I had my 6 week check up and all, they made me fill out this surgery basically for postpartum depression. It turns out I do have it, and I have an appointment this coming Tuesday to evaluated for depression and anxiety as well. I've had it for almost two months now, I was feeling down a few weeks before I had my daughter. But I'm currently on medicine for my depression and they think I have anxiety, but when I go for my appointment they are going to prescribe me some medicine as well.
