really insecure of my body now, does anyone have any tips on how to get my tight belly back? I hate the waist trainers as they hurt me really bad. I'm 5 almost 6 weeks postpartum and he's my first. I also eat well and I can't workout as I'm home with the baby everyday and it's very hard to get alone time. I wouldn't mind using a homemade wrap if someone could give me a good idea of one!
