Pregnant& Exercise please help
I'm 20weeks 3days today, and haven't been able to do much until recently, because of the morning sickness. Before my pregnancy I had a gym membership but I cancelled it because I couldn't go for 3+months.
So I'm looking into starting back up with some light exercise to see how my body reacts. I would like to maintain my weight or gain less than 10lbs. My doctor, and gyno are okay with this, because I am considered over weight. I'm 5'5" and 181lbs as of 2days ago. Does anyone have any exercises they did while pregnant that they felt helped them? I'd like to be able to do them at home. I plan to starting walking everyday, not sure how far/how long. Any suggestions?
