Cramping 30w3d
I am 30w3d and having some mild period cramps and a little bit in my lower back. I've been chugging water and sitting on the couch since they started but I notice it still when I get up to go to the bathroom or let the dogs out. Is this normal? It's been pretty much all day. The intensity hasn't increase any but it's been consistent all day. Normal, or no?
