My ex is crazy and idk what to do

I told him I don't wanna date him anymore and he wouldn't stop calling or texting me. About five days later he decided that he wanted to just be friends. My mom is renovating the house and I have to participate and paint the house and do other things so I just didn't use my phone for the day and he would not stop calling and texting me. I told him maybe we should not be friends so now he is threatening me and making random numbers text me my address and they waiting in front of my house. Idk what to do

He texted me this

This is what he said "Do me a favor you know what I'm tired of being nice and fucking with people like u who only wanna be friends when it's convenient for you and never wanna b there for others your really a disloyal fuck and by the end of next week you gunna get yours you disloyal bitch and Ima make sure of that"

The random number texted me my address and said they will be waiting for me

My friend called him and told him off and he called me and said he would never hurt me but I feel like he would.

This is what the random text said "You should have kept this between me and you because now if anything happens to this nigga they blaming you and I'm still going to catch you slipping"

What should I do???????
