Me and my friend have had mutual feelings for each other for a while, but we're both nervous about starting a relationship because he is a senior in highschool and I'm a sophomore. 
He is a very caring person and never gave me the impression to be 'one of those guys' that date the younger girls just for sex. 
He'll be 18 and I'll be 16 this year.
