help. uti??

how do i get rid of a uti fast. i have to pee every 3 seconds, it's fine when i'm sitting down but once i stand up or lay down it burns really bad. i drank a lot of water, took 3 crandberry capsules and 4 vitamin c's. it also looks like there is blood in my urine. please help i hate this feeling
