Wondering when a guy precums and if you could get pregnant if you had sex today even tho ovulation was on the 23. 
I had sex on the 21 came inside of me. But last night had sex but he didn't finish and wasn't close and I'm not sure if he precame or not

From what I've read it comes out when he's erect. I've also read that some men do have sperm on precum and always have and some men do not have sperm in precum and never have.

I'm sorry, but if you're having sex, you should know these things. Any time you have sex there's a risk of pregnancy and STD's. Any time you have unprotected sex, there's an even higher risk of pregnancy and STD's. It's good that your asking ??'s, but would be better if you weren't asking after the fact.
