CD21 blood work ?

My Dr wants me to get blood work done on CD21 to see if I ovulated with the femara. I have pcos, used OPKs and I had two lines and they gradually got darker but I never got an actual positive test. Has this happened to anyone? I'm so anxious to see what my progesterone levels are
