Depressed cause I wanna breastfeed?

I've been sad lately cause I really want to bond again with my baby boy. But my milk supply drastically went down, I've been eating milkmaker cookies, and the tea but don't really see a difference. I still have some milk but not as much. Any advice?😞

Drink water. Also its supply and demand simply. Feed baby and make sure to empty your breasts that way they kick in for the demand and make more. Even if you feed baby and baby is done, pump until empty. Store that milk. Stress effects milk supply. So look at baby and just relax

You can still bond with your baby without breastfeeding. But even if your supply is down, doesn't mean you need to stop.

You can still bond with ypur baby without breastfeeding. i was glued to my mom for years and years as a baby and child, and I was bottle fed. Its just about the closeness and looking and talking softly to them and all that jazz. Also, try drinking more water. when im dehydrated my supply goes down
