What bit me?

It is only in this spot, no bites any where else. So I don't think it's bed bugs. It doesn't hurt, but it itches. It's pretty swollen. Not sure how concerned i should be. Do you think I need to see a doctor?

It looks like an allergic reaction or poison ivy/oak. Probably not a bite! I would put some hydrocortisone on it and leave it for the night, then call the doc if it's worse the next day.

Bed bug bites don't look like that at all. Could be an allergic reaction but it is really Best to see a doctor asap to be safe.
