Help!!

I'm 17 and I barely know so much about sex, miscarriages, periods, how tampons should be put in..!! Etc.. I feel left out as a girl. My mother doesn't speak about it with me nor she ever bring it up. I can say is that I never ask because it feels weird to ask. But I had a parter at school whom she had sex with so many guys and I would ask her a lot of questions of her birth control, etc. it was as if I was a little girl asking so many bunch of questions..

Could someone tell me a bit more of these topics? It doesnt matter which one you speak about but I'd like to be inform about this topics.
