Sorry for the long post, but really need advise as it's been a hard year.

So july 2016,I had a miscarriage, March 2017 I had a stillborn and we've been trying since May. I've been using Digital Clearblue duel indicator ovulation kit and I thought just to see, to test for the whole month. I had a peak on CD8 and then another peak on CD12 and I'm due on today, TMI alert and it's a bit brown when I wipe (this is normal just before AF) but for last 4 days I've had an empty circle on ovulation kit but today I got a still smiling face (Peak). I know people have said this could mean I'm pregnant but has anyone had this and not been pregnant? Last Tuesday negative pregnancy test. I'm testing all the time as I've been diagnosed with a blood disorder and every time I'm pregnant my blood clots so I now need daily injections to thin the blood as on as I find out I'm pregnant.
