From what I can see that is a negative result, there is always a line going horizontally through the first box. If you don't get your period in the next 3-4 days, and you have taken a risk/not used any BC/etc then maybe repeat the test again then. However if you are using say something like the Implant, Mirena or injection; periods are often not regular on those anyways. Just thought I'd say that in case! Good luck.
