Need ideas to increase milk supply
So my little girl is 9 months old and in the beginning I had tons of milk in the freezer for her. But this morning my husband told me to look in the freezer and I noticed we are super low on milk. so I was wondering if any if you mommies know of any techniques or foods that will increase my milk supply fast? (I don't want her to have to drink formula, personal preference) thanks!
