Gestational Diabetes

I just took my 1hr glucose test and I failed with a 163.. I go for the 3hr test next week but I'm just wondering. What happens if I AM determined to have GD?
This is my second baby. Last pregnancy I failed this test as well but only by 2 points. This time I failed by nearly 30 so I'm more nervous about failing the 3hr.
