Multiple chemical pregnancies

Hi ladies. I've only been ttc 2 months now but in that time I've had two chemical pregnancies. The first came as a total shock and I felt completely awful but, after a lot of googling, I took some comfort in the fact that it seemed to be relatively common (especially first time). Unfortunately next month it happened again and now I'm feeling more and more anxious about why this has happened. I can't seem to concentrate on anything anymore that isn't baby related and I'm driving myself crazy!

Has anyone had any experience with recurrent chemicals / early miscarriages and found out what was causing them? So confused and looking for a bit of hope 😔 x
