how do you know if baby has dropped?

I was sitting on the toilet at midnight and suddenly felt a 'clunk'! Then I could breathe properly and felt a lot more confortable! Baby also stopped squirming around as if trying 'to get comfortable'. Bump appears slightly lower (see after shot). Do you think baby has dropped? 38w 4d

If you feel like you have a melon shoved between your legs that's about what it feels like. A lot more pressure on your pelvis and cervix too. The waddling will get 10x worse too. Lol

The only way I found out was from my doctor measuring my belly (fundal height). I was measuring 41 last week but now I'm measuring 39, because the baby dropped more into my pelvis. I wouldn't be able to tell otherwise.

I thought it looked high as well. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt I've dropped. Baby number 4 is coming soon!
