This popped up on my little one's face yesterday morning. What does it look like to you? The little white flakes between his eyes is dry skin, but I want the bumps to clear up so I haven't been putting anything on his face. I'm talking about the redder bumps over his eye. It almost looked like his eyelid was swollen at one point yesterday, but then it went down. It seems to get worse when he is hot or upset, and looks less noticeable if he is cool and calm. Thoughts??
