Relieving baby's gas
So I watched a video last night about how to relieve baby's gas pain and it works! You work their legs like a bicycle kick for about 15-20 seconds and then GENTLY push their legs back into their tummy, like they are squatting, just until you feel resistance... continue this for about 1 minute then stretch their legs all the way out. They push out little farts when you "squat" them. This has helped my LO, I hope it helps yours! 😊
