Help ??!?confused

Iam 5 or 4 days late and took a test today and it was negative or I think my eyes are playing tricks on me cuz I thought I saw a very faint line . But is possible that I just took it to early ? Iam having all the symptoms in the book I feel like the nausea the vivid dreams back to back , have a appetite and then don't and get sick of it . Really bad gas , constipated and then not ,breast are a little tender yesterday saw some veins. At the beginning of this month I had spotting 2 days after my period that never happens and it was very light pink .have been a bit moody. I'm just tired of seeing negatives we have been trying for 5 months .
