Answer

Most of the time horoscopes are written by interns and they are given the freedom to write whatever they want. They can be fun to read but in my opinion are about as helpful as the "what kind of lipstick are you" quizzes. 
As far as people who actually study that, I still don't put much stock in it. Just see it as something fun.
