just wondered if anyone had conceived when they weren't ovulating?

No ovulation=no pregnancy.

If you don't ovulate, there's no possible way to conceive. However, you can still get pregnant if you don't think you ovulated but actually did early or late, especially if you aren't using OPKs or are using them but ovulation occurred before you started testing. In that case, you would've missed it, making you think you didn't ovulate.
