Can you be rehired if you owe the company for unemployment?

I'm not sure where to post this...
I was wondering if you can be rehired for the same company if you have been terminated and owe unemployment in there favor? I ended up in bad terms with my previous employment because of personal/ foster care related issues and I have a scheduled interview tomorrow morning... If anyone knows the answer or advice thank you.

Idk if you owe them they may be able to legally dock your pay though if you get hired so be prepared for that in case.
