37+4 and finally have colostrum!

For the past 2 days my boobs/nipples have been super itchy and my boobs seem to have grown a bit in that time! This evening I took my bra off because I couldn't handle wearing it anymore and it was still itchy so I gave squeezing my boob a try and some colostrum came out!! Only a few drops but it's something!! Wondering if I should be expressing it and saving it? Oddly enough, after doing that I got a ton of relief..

Also...could this mean baby is getting ready to arrive?
