Should I tell my boss?

So I'm five weeks pregnant. I don't have my first ultrasound till sept 14th but I just started a new job today. I'm a special ed one on one with a preschooler. Should I tell my new boss now? Or wait till after my appointments

I think you should say something! Im a para with special needs kids who are very aggressive. I told the teacher I worked with because I didn't want her to think I'm being lazy ! She totally understood. Not that I'm just sitting on my butt all day but when a kid gets aggressive it's okay for me to back away so I won't get hurt. My co worker and I have that understanding. But as far as my boss ( the principle) i have not said anything yet .

I work in a preschool around some children with high behaviour needs so I told my boss at 8 weeks just so I don't put myself at risk. This was after my first ultrasound. I also had to tell her as I was suffering really bad morning sickness at that stage too!
