I am 16 weeks 5 days and can feel my uterus at my belly button

I am feeling like my 2nd baby is either bigger than it should be or I am further along than I thought. I know at 20 weeks the top of your uterus should be at your belly Button but mine is already there and I still have a little over 3 weeks to go till 20 weeks.
