Exhausted!!!
Ok so I am 5wks 4dys and I'm exhausted! Nothing out of the ordinary, I know I am not alone. I am very active normally and my husband and I eat very healthy! I feel like I'm pushing my self when I try to do workouts at home, I just want to sleep. How do you guys muster up the energy to workout, even just short hiit workouts at home?
*bonus points if you just tell me to take naps and not worry about workouts right now*
