Twins?

Any mommies to be have a feeling they could be carrying twins? Or current twin moms? Did you "just know?" I can't shake the feeling. This is my third pregnancy and I got my super clear BFP, a full week before my period was due. I'm already at the point of exhaustion, where by noon, I don't know if I'll make it through the rest of the day and I'm already so bloated, I'm contemplating busting out the maternity clothes. My boobs are sore but no nausea at all yet. Twins run in both mine and my husbands families, so there is definitely a chance. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old, so the exhaustion and bloat could totally be from chasing after them and just general 3rd pregnancy-ness. I'm 4 weeks and 2 days right now.
