Could I Be Pregnant?

I have been on depo for a while and have not been cramping nor bleeding, 2 1/2 weeks ago I had unprotected sex. He came inside me and I have been cramping and spotting since? Should I test? I know there is a possible conception... my sister got pregnant on depo. Just wondering could I be???? Please help...
