Okay so my face is so covered in blonde fuzz that i can't put foundation on at all because it clumps and dries in it. I really love wearing makeup and I want the hair gone. But I am so terrified it'll grow back black. Help

Hair will always grow back the way it was before you shaved it. It growing back or thicker is just a myth. I shave my face so makeup goes on smoother and no issues yet.
