baby's own room help!!

So im a first time mom. My daughter just turned one today. She sleeps in her crib next to my bed about 5 feet away. I get such bad anxiety and become a nervous wreck when I think about putting her in her own room. I have watched to many scary movies in the past and scared of what if someone broke in and I freak myself out. Also she wakes up once or twice a night and I dont want her to wake up and be scared that she is in there alone if I dont hear her. What do I do mommas I didn't realize how hard this was going to be for me 😩
