Period and the pill?

If you are on birth control and happen to get pregnant will I still get my period or will it stop?

Theoretically it should stop. If you think you might be, take a test and stop your pills.

It would stop, pregnancy would be the dominant player making the birth control pills ineffective- but you would still stop taking them of course
