I am trying to conceive from last 8 months. Read about pre-seed in this forum and thought of giving it a try. Manual says to use applicator and put it 30 mins before intercourse. Do I have to lie down once I put it as it might flow out ? Suggestions pls on its usage??? What are the other ways? Can it be used as norma lube?
