freaking out

I just bled for the first time. I've spotted before, but today it was dark period like blood. No pain, No cramps just blood. this is my first baby and I'm about 9 weeks, I can't help but think the worse. I've been at the ER for 4 hours now and still waiting to be seen.. I really don't want to lose this baby. I don't know what I'll do.
