Lower back pain... a sign of pregnancy?

For those of you who have been pregnant and experienced lower back pain very early on in pregnancy (before you got a BFP):
Where on your back was the pain: Waistline, kidney area, or between low waist and hip? What was the intensity?
And, did you have any associated cramping or bleeding?

Idk about early but I started get back pains around 9 weeks
