Breastfeeding while pregnant

I have an 11 month old daughter and just found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant. I am still breastfeeding my daughter. Over the last 2 days she has literally wanted to be attached constantly. I have been feeding her for hours at a time because otherwise she cracks it. Prior to this she was only feeding three times a day. Do you think this has anything to do with me being pregnant?
