Since the day after my delivery, I have been having a burning sensation on my face when I touch it. Now, with my newborn being 11days old, I have noticed two little spots of dry skin on my face. And what appears to be small/micro bumps that slightly itch when I mess with them. I read online that they could be related to postpartum hives, but when calling my OB, she said she was not aware of such a thing. I don't want to take an antihistamine because I am breast feeding.

Has anyone else experience this or heard of this?
